Book: "Glücklich mit und ohne Brille- Sehkraft bis ins hohe Alter" by Felicja Faustyna (only in German)
For the new edition of ‘Glücklich mit und ohne Brille’, the author has taken the first part ‘Vision training’ from the book ‘Die gute Sicht, ein effizientes Übungsprogramm für entspanntes Sehen’ and revised it. The tried-and-tested and new exercises, massages, meditations, health and nutrition tips offered here promote the functions of the visual system, improve coordination and well-being. Regular vision training is a natural method of improving vision and restoring the eyes. The exercises presented here are valuable for people with normal vision as well as those with short-sightedness, long-sightedness, presbyopia, astigmatism and low vision. Poor vision, like good vision, is not a matter of fate, but rather the result of many factors. From a holistic perspective, the visual process plays an important role in movement control, spatial orientation, memory, thinking ability and learning, among other things. Training the eye muscles is not only an effective way to prevent eye diseases, but also helps with dizziness, tinnitus, reading and writing difficulties, forgetfulness and even neurological disorders. Creativity, coordination, balance and hearing also benefit from regular eye training. In this book you will find a black and white version of the Gute-Sicht-Sterns (Tibetanischer Lebenskreis/Tibetanisches Rad) . You will achieve better results with the colored meditation card (28 x 21 cm).

Gute Sicht Mandala
The ‘Gute Sicht Mandala’ belongs to Yantren, a geometric diagram used for meditation. It was used in ancient India for meditation to relax the eyes and positively stimulate brain activity. Meditation Trätakram (Sanskrit = staring) with the ‘Gute Sicht Mandala’ balances both halves of the brain, improves the ability to concentrate and visualise. It interrupts unconscious staring, relieves tension in the eye area and brings the eyes back to their saccadic movements (continuous tiny rotations of the eyeball) at a healthy speed. It focuses the flow of thoughts, gives a feeling of integrity and clarity and improves memory. The practical application (in german) can be found on the back of the A4-sized mandala. 21 x 28 cm, 2-sided, cardboard 300 g/m²

Gute Sicht Star
The Gute Sicht Star was designed based on the so-called Tibetan Circle of Life. Looking at the Gute Sicht Star stretches the eye muscles, making them more elastic and relaxed. It stimulates the cornea and restores it to its original shape. Ideally, the Tibetan Circle of Life should be viewed approximately four times a day for the first two weeks. The Tibetan Circle of Life can also be used for astigmatism. Instructions for use (in german) can be found on the back of the meditation card. 21 x 28 cm, 2-sided, cardboard 300 g/m²
